hi.
it's that time.
time for me to humbly note ways in which i feel really lucky to have such dear & talented friends.
today ::: amanda made me this amazing beach blanket and it certainly is a favorite treasure in my life these days. in this photograph from late last week, i had a few pals over for morning coffee & pastries and made it into a picnic in my studio. my pals Oooh'd and Aaah'd over the blanket. i did too. see it larger here.

the photo over at jooy's is so beautiful mav! the shaodos around the eggs are to die for! as is the beack blanket amanda made for you, what a wonderful gift and friend. looks like a happy time was had by all, good to see.

I just wanted to say how much we loved that our port to port calendar page for July had a bicycle on it. We're huge Tour de France fans here and have been watching it all month. Bye lovely July page! Hello August page!
