friends, hello!
i am loving this month of inspiration here on p2p.
it's as simple as ... you inspire me / i inspire you ... with little bits of our lives and what we are loving right now and arc's words + photographs! it's such a perfect exchange and makes me so happy to be blogging!!
today ... on my mind is fresh food. simple. perfect. good! tomorrow ... to the farmer's market for as much as i can get my hands on without over-doing it. who else loves the fresh farm food of the summer?

catching my eye right now are this and this. oh and this, goodness me!
tomorrow i will be posting a new card set in my shop in the morning! i can't wait to show it to you as i am kind of digging it. hint: i'm back to a palate without color and finding such happiness there.

Your outing to the farmers market sounds delightful! Tomorrow I am off to pick strawberries & lavender straight from the farm! I am so excited, there is such a wonderful feeling receiving something fresh and perfect that came from the earth ;) I will post all about my farm adventure in the next few days. I was eyeing a print last week from Kitty Genius and it slipped through my hands. But everything is so good. Enjoy the trip to the farmer's market, I love shopping at them too.

I LOVE summer's bounty. I'm really enjoying our CSA veggie boxes that we are getting every week. The range of lettuces in the mixed greens is fabulous. I can't wait for my mom's tomatoes to get rolling. Big squishy french bread brushed with olive oil, salt and pepper, throw it on the grill, then rub it with garlic and moosh fresh super ripe tomatoes on top...heaven! Especially with a glass of wine.

I LOVE summer veggies! There is nothing more fun to me than going to a farmer's market and finding some veg that I've never seen and trying to cook with it...

As for miss genius, I am sure you know that she is as delightful as her work. I am the extremely proud recipient of two of her originals and 3 of her prints and I simply wanted to say that they are all even more incredible in person! In my humble opinion you should get them all *smile*

tom just came home with our csa box full of tomatoes, squash, corn, peppers, carrots, potatoes! what a box! we'll also hit the farmer's market for eggs, bread and fruit tomorrow morning. it's fun to know that you will be at your market tomorrow too. i always love your flickr favorites. of the bunch, i particularly love green day and wedding feet. xo shari

love to inspire and be inspired...your site does just that. We got a bounty of fresh veggies and the most fab blueberries at our farmers market yesterday. just sitting on our porch eating them right out of the basket...ahh summer!

Fresh food! Sometimes that's all I need...
I love Kitty Genius. I bought one of her "come on in" prints two weeks ago, and I just love it. I do really like that "gaggle of girls" print also.
